For Participants > Cancellation PolicyCancellation PolicyPlease pay your participation fee by credit card or by bank transfer within 2 weeks after registration. If payment is not made within 2 weeks, the registration will be cancelled and a cancellation fee of 100,00 € will be charged. Within 2 weeks before the event date no cancellation is possible anymore. Should it become apparent within this period that participation is not possible, a substitute person can be named. A processing fee of 50.00 € will be charged for this. |
