Travel Grants/Ticket Fee Waiver

You might be eligible for a "travel grant" which, for simplicity, boils down to a waiver of the ticket fee of deRSE23.

There's only a limited amount of waivers available, hence there will be a selection process.

You are especially eligible if you're form an underrepresented field, are a student, or can convincingly declare that you are in lack of sufficient funds.

In order to collect this information we provide a field in the registration process that gives you the opportunity to describe why you feel you are eligible.

The decision will be taken on january 13th. In case you are not selected for a ticket fee waiver,

the date of your application decides, whether you have to pay early bird or full price.
